These are only cost repair estimates and under state laws, we are by no means attempting to solicit for bid on any or all necessary repairs needed at the inspected properties Digital photographs, included with the report, assist in documenting significant property deficiencies where appropriate.

Our technical knowledge is certainly important, but just as important is our ability to promptly deliver your inspection report. You will receive your report electronically, typically within 24-72 hours of the inspection completion date depending on the size and scope of the inspection project and inspection report requirements.
We also offer infrared thermal imaging of the roof, roof covers, interior and exterior building walls and enclosures, plumbing, electrical and HVAC (AC). Thermal imaging of problem areas is also performed to identify current and past isues such as roof leaks, water / plumbing leaks, enclosure hot spots, missing or inadequate insulation, electrical overloads and failures and mechanical system failure is performed. Infrared scanning is also a valuable tool for building trouble-shooting and cause-effect determination.
