MAPPING

Grave mapping involves collecting site details such as headstones, unmarked graves, and memorial sites within a cemetery. Mapping can be implemented in an online service available for anyone online to search for buried family members or can be put into Google Earth. It may be as simple as generating a Physical Map showing a snapshot of time of the survey. Mapping is typically done in conjunction with headstone transcription.
