“Last year we were engaged with a client who was trying to fight to reclaim a family Cemetery which was at risk of being built over. We assisted them with Ground Penetrating Radar Services to locate graves. They took that (and More) information to Federal Court. Below is the result.

On November 30, 2015, the Agreed Final Judgment in our lawsuit was signed and entered. It establishes and defines the boundaries of the cemetery which was deeded in 1877. After the defendant removes the gravel and asphalt he installed in March 2015, I plan to install a gray granite monument and then a six foot high fence. Someday there may be an Historic Texas Cemetery marker, too. The defendant is permanently enjoined from construction in the cemetery.”
